Check-In & Checkout Policies;

Check-in before 2pm is offered based on availability.  For assistance with making these arrangements,

LATE CHECKOUT POLICY

Check-out time is  before 11.00. Late check out based on availability. Always contact in advance or there is

a penalty of 10€ for extra hour of delay until 14.00. After this moment the price of one night stay will be

charged without the right of staying.

 

El check.out es antes de las 11.00. Para check.outs después de esta hora contactar siempre

con antelación. Serán cargados en la cuenta 10€ pof hora fuera de tiempo si no hubo comunicación previa,

hasta las 14. A partir de este momento se cargará el importe de una noche entera sin la posibilidad de pernoctar.

 

ID REQUIREMENT

Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license,

passport, and/or a proof of age card.

 

IDENTIFICACIÓN

Es imprescindible la presentacion de un documento de identidad

valido. Formatos aceptados; licencia de conducir. DNI, NIE y Pasaporte.

 

SAFETY/SECURITY POLICY

The hostel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables

left unattended inguest rooms.

 

POLITICAS DE SEGURIDAD

El hostel no es responsable por perdida, daño o hurto de efectivo,

joyería u otros bienes personales dejados sin supervision.

 

Unregistered Persons

Entertainment in mixed company or private visits from unregistered persons,

in hostel guest room, is not permitted.

 

Personas no registradas

Está totalmente prohibido el acceso a las habitaciones por parte de

personas no registradas en el establecimiento.

 

Lost and Found

Articles left behind by hostel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by owner up to 90 (ninety) days.

After that time, unclaimed items will be disposed by the hostel as seen fit.

 

Objetos perdidos

Los articulos olvidados por los huéspedes después del checkout serán custodiados por un máximo de 90 dias.

Despues de ese período de tiempo los artículos no reclamados pasaran

 a disposición de la gerencia del establecimiento para que disponga de su uso.

 

★   The Female Room consists of 4 single beds and is a great option for women traveling who prefer a woman only dorm. Each guest has access to a locker and key to keep luggage and valuables stored. Shared bathrooms are located outside the room in the hall. Free breakfast is provided. Full size towels are available for rent for 2,50 euros

 

★   Our Mixed Room with 4 single beds is a great alternative for small groups traveling who wish to have their own private space. Each guest has access to a locker and key to store his/her luggage and valuable. Shared bathrooms are located outside the room in the hall. Free breakfast provided. Full size towels are available for rent for 2,50 euros.

 

★   The Large Mixed Room consists of 11 single beds. This exterior room is divided into 2 parts, with a lot of open space to ensure guests are comfortable Each guest is given a locker and key to store his/her luggage. Bathrooms are shared and are located outside the room in the hall. Free breakfast included.  Full size towels are available for rent for 2,50 euros.
